When we were conducting this test a passerby stated-

" Those showers don't work ! Never Have "

The lights are On - Do you see them ?

No one sees them so they don't stop !

The BCC voted to expand this failed system by adding nineteen

additional systems on Old Highway 98.Commissioners supporting

this system were Commissioners Brannon, Jones, Pridgen and Meadows.
